Why Prediction Is Not Enough for Decisions Under Hidden Rules
Prediction, mechanism identification, consequential information acquisition, and constraint-aware action are not the same operation.
Future notes should be added only when they contribute a distinct research idea or negative result. A small number of excellent essays is preferable to a high-volume blog.
